Tenants: $25/hour (2 hour minimum) for first 4 hours, $15 for each additional hour
Outside groups: $30/hour (2 hour minimum) for first 4 hours, $20 for each additional hour
Outside groups using the building 2 times or more per month qualify for the tenant discount!
Set-up/take-down service for chairs: $25 (tables available for an additional charge)
Use of piano: $20 per event

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your space request. Full payment must be received two weeks before each event. Cancellation prior to two weeks before the event will result in a refund of money paid, less the 25% deposit. There will be no refunds for cancellations two weeks or less before the event.
Please make checks payable to: River Ridge IV, LLC. The payment and signed contract must be received no later than 7 days after booking, or your reservation will be cancelled.
